Laurence and Shirley are a great team!
They help members with problems and queries over the phone and via email.
Laurence is our Federation Secretary and she provides secretarial and administrative support to the Board of Trustees and our sub-committees. She is the link between the Federation and our National Federation keeping members updated on important policies, informing members about training opportunities, events and other activities
Shirley is our Federation Finance Secretary and she is responsible for keeping all our financial records up to date. She works closely with the Federation Treasurer to provide the Board of Trustees with regular updates relating to our income and expenditure and to prepare the books for the auditors.
Laurence and Shirley work with the Chairman and Trustees to plan and organise the Federation Spring and Autumn Council Meetings, to co-ordinate arrangements for the National Annual Meeting and to process arrangements for Federation events such as courses, workshops and lunches etc.
