To the delight of all members, North Cowton’s entry in the WI class at Scorton Feast’s Flower Show was awarded the First Place Rosette.
The high standard of their group entry ‘V.E. Day’ show cased a range of crafts, bakes and floral arrangements. The overall presentation was also judged. The exhibit was much admired by all the visitors who attended this popular annual event and advertised the range of activities enjoyed by our W.I.
