Why not join us to make and decorate, a large Chocolate bar, Chocolate drops and 8 fresh cream truffles in two flavours of your choice using the finest sustainably sourced Belgium milk Chocolate. ­You’ll start the workshop with an introduction and a cup of luxury hot chocolate, and while your chocolate sets you’ll enjoy a chocolate fondue with fresh fruits to dip before packaging your creations.

You will also learn how chocolate is made and how to professionally taste chocolate using all your senses and we will work through the tasting process using two different single origin dark chocolate tasting samples.

To finish the day of, after lunch you will decorate a truffle plate using a decoupage technique, that will show of your creations.

Tea/coffee and biscuits will be available throughout the day. Please bring a packed lunch.
