A lovely opportunity to make your own sausages with guidance from butcher Dean, using pork raised on the family’s farm. The evening will also include a butchery demonstration and will finish with a tasty home-cooked meal in the farm shop cafe. You will make (and get to take home) 3 trays of sausages (12 generous bangers in total). Please state any dietary requirements when booking.
