What is Jesmonite? It is a versatile, eco-friendly composite material used to create durable, stone-like objects with diverse colours and textures, a safer alternative to plaster or epoxy – it can mimic stone, wood, or metal.
SO, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO BE DOING, YOU ASK? In this workshop we will be taught step by step, with demonstrations on how to use 3 different techniques to create 3 items of our choice using marbling, terrazzo and block colour techniques. We will choose one from each of the following – we do not all have to make the same item:-
