If you would like to create a wire sculpture for your garden, why not join us on Friday 8th August when tutor, Chris, will take you through the process of creating your own robin sculpture.
This class is aimed at beginners but is also for anyone who has worked with wire before.
Anyone with serious wrist or hand/joint problems might find it challenging to some degree as there are some twisting and repetitive movements using pliers and tinsnips.
Attendees should be able to use small pliers and to handle 1mm wire. All materials and tools are supplied but it is recommended to bring gloves, and an apron to protect your clothes, or otherwise wear ‘old’ clothes.
Chris will guide you through the process step by step and everyone will come out with at least one finished bird, if not two.
