Interested in improving your skills and broadening your repertoire of vegetable dishes? You are cordially invited to book on this session the Federation has organised at the celebrated Cook’s Place in Malton. The Cook’s Place concentrates on local, seasonal and sustainable produce; and offers a course which by practising and tasting as you go helps you become more skilled in vegetable cookery. The main focus is on vegetarian recipes – some vegan ingredients are not so
local or sustainable. In any case the session will be fun!
