Would you like to learn the basics of Butchery? You would – then join us on 2nd October, from 5pm – 7.30pm when you will learn how to prepare cuts of Beef, Lamb, Pork & Chicken from a skilled Master Butcher.

Over the course of two and a half hours, you will be shown how to prepare a series of traditional cuts of meat as well as learning the essential skills to cook and prep the meat at home.

A finger buffet and drinks are included and you will be provided with protective clothing, knives & gloves. You get to take home every item you prepare.
