Our trip to Wales will include a visit to Caernarfon Castle a World Heritage site which has played a key role in Welsh Royal History, including the investiture of Prince Charles in 1969; Portmeirion, an enchanting Italianate style village with sub-tropical gardens in a stunning setting; a journey to the top of Snowdon; Bodrhyddan Hall, which is set among several acres of stunning formal gardens and one of the few remaining family-owned stately homes in Wales; Llanfair slate mine and Plas Newydd, a Grade 1 listed house and garden situated on the island of Anglesey.
Estimated Cost to members: c £795.00 in a shared room, £923.00 in a single room; Non-members: £803.00 in a shared room, £931.00 in a single room. The cost could reduce depending upon final numbers. Cost includes all admission charges.
There will be a slight reduction for National Trust members. Please note that in the event of a higher than anticipated increase in the cost of fuel, a surcharge may need to be levied, which will be added to the final bill.
